In 2003, after seven years working for NZ’s largest bank arranging home loans, Phil started up his own Mortgage Finance Company.

In 2005, Phil won the prestigious title of “NZ Mortgage Broker of the Year” and has been a finalist in the Waikato/BOP region ever since. Phil is consistently acknowledged as one of the top 3 performing Advisers in the region by the major banks.
